Droylsden East Has 3 Labour Councillors. Cllr Susan Quinn, Cllr Kieran Quinn and Cllr Jim Middleton. Our record is one of hard work and achievement for our town and our residents. Making sure Droylsden gets a fair share from Tameside Council.

Your Labour team work hard for local people all year. We don’t appear weeks before an election - like the Tories or the BNP. The Lib Dems have been missing in Droylsden for a few years.

In May 2008, the last time we had an election to the Council, all our hard work was, once again, recognised at the ballot box.The Droylsden Labour candidate received the third best Tameside Labour vote and the forth best Tameside Labour majority.

Many people were shocked to see the BNP beat the Tory Candidate. They know the BNP are a party of fear and hatred. A party of division that will bring hate to our town, and not needed here in Droylsden.
